Excitement filled the Hall at the first Primary School Assembly of Term 2, with our newest learners in attendance as Principal Shauna Colnan shared the story behind the inspiration and opening of the Kindergarten Centre. With the 2024 Kindy cohort seated proudly at the front, the School community celebrated the new space designed just for them.
Students from Years 3 to 6 were then recognised for their efforts and contributions during Term 1, receiving certificates to warm applause.
In a moving display of unity and school pride, the students sang the School Song and Anthem in harmony, their voices resonating throughout the venue.
To finish on a high, Mr Elms and Ms Haynes surprised everyone with a flash mob, leading an energetic dance that had the Hall buzzing. It was the perfect lead-in to the Primary School Disco, set to take place on Friday 23 May.
