In Year 1, the students have been revising simple introductions. The children provided parts of the dialogue and then role played conversations in Lady and the Tramp.
In Year 2, as part of the unit on transport, the students have learnt about the origins of the Vespa and the important role it had immediately after World War II in being both affordable and a way of navigating the streets after the wreckage caused by the bombs.
Year 2 students have been spotting vespas ever since.
