High School students came together at their Assembly in Week 5 for a spirited musical event as part of our commitment to building a culture of singing at IGS. During classes in Term 3, students in Years 7-8 Music Classes have been learning the chorus section from Lanterns, by the Birds of Tokyo, while Years 11/12 Music 1 and Music 2 curriculum students have arranged the instrumentation to support this song.
Year 12 Music students led this singing event, covering all the verses, pre-chorus, and bridge sections. The audience joined in, singing the chorus sections below, making it a genuinely shared experience.
