Year 11 students Alice R and Romeo I recently completed the National Art School (NAS) HSC Intensive Studio Practice Painting Course, producing exceptional artworks that bring together a range of artistic styles.
Given just five days to complete their pieces, both students created works that stood out in the exhibition.
The NAS Intensive Studio Practice Course offers Year 11 Visual Arts students with a passion for art the opportunity to develop their skills ahead of the HSC and beyond. As a University Developed Board Endorsed Course, the HSC Intensive contributes an additional unit of Visual Arts study towards the HSC.
Both students were selected through a competitive application process and plan to apply what they learnt to the development of their upcoming HSC bodies of work.
Congratulations to Alice and Romeo on this achievement!
