Year 2 German students learn about Skeletons

In this term, the students of the Year 2 German class are learning about the body and its parts. This week, they studied the skeleton.

First, the class discussed with the teacher which bones are important and if we can feel them through our skin. Then, the students made their own skeletons using a paper template. They put them on the floor in different poses and copied the poses with their own body.

Next, they used spaghetti and playdough to make a skeleton. They threaded the spaghetti through the playdough to create the bones. The students are excited to keep learning about the body and the skeleton in the coming weeks!
