Primary School students from Years 3 to 6 laced up their runners and headed to Wentworth Park for this year’s Cross Country Carnival.
After a week of heavy rain, the event was a welcome return to outdoor activity. Over three consecutive sunny days, students ran with pride embracing the challenge of the leafy course with enthusiasm and determination. The event brought together colour, community and competition, with winning points contributing to this year’s House Championship.
A big thank you to Lucy Haynes and the Primary School PDHPE Staff for their work in rescheduling the event and making it such a fun experience for students.
