On Track for Success

On Thursday 20 August, 45 IGS students competed in the annual ASISSA Athletics Carnival at ES Marks Athletics Field.

The day kicked off with the relays, with our Junior Girls taking to the track for the very first event. The girls ran their hearts out, finishing in 2nd and earning a place on the ASISSA team to compete at the NSWCIS Championships — an outstanding achievement!

Rydah L: Junior Girls Relay – 2nd 

Congratulations to all students who participated in the ASISSA Athletics Carnival, representing IGS with pride, determination and excellent sportsmanship throughout the day.

A special congratulations to those students who have been selected to compete at the NSWCIS Championships on Friday 4 September. We wish you all the very best and look forward to cheering you on!
