Congratulations to Year 10 student Oli Macalister who recently participated in the 65K 4 65 Roses Walkathon & Ultramarathon on Saturday 29 April 2023. This is an endurance walk or run event raising funds for Cystic Fibrosis, a life-threatening genetic condition affecting thousands of young Australians.
Oli completed a 42-kilometre walk in 7 hours and 35 minutes and raised almost $1000 for the cause.
This is an incredible achievement from a young man who consistently puts the needs of others first and takes his responsibility to his community seriously.
