Flourish in focus all year long

IGS staff are embedding the theme for the year, "we all flourish," into their goals and practices for 2023.

The theme was presented to staff by IGS Principal Shauna Colnan before the return of students, and builds on the aspirations of the strategic plan.

A group of adults sit at small round tables in a meeting room, some writing or using devices, whilst others stand or eat. The year-long focus is evident in their busy, purposeful atmosphere as daylight streams through a window.

These include “deeper learning” and “students thriving and flourishing”.
