A Magical Primary Disco

The annual Primary School Disco returned on Friday 8 May, transforming the School Hall into a world of imagination with this year’s theme, Witches, Warlocks and All Things Magical.

From swirling capes and pointed hats to mystical creatures, students embraced the full magical spectrum in creative and colourful costumes. The dance floor came alive under the lights as a DJ kept the energy high and students enthusiastically showed off their best moves.

For our younger students from Kindy to Year 3, the Disco took place during school hours, ensuring they could join the fun in a familiar setting. Later in the afternoon, it was time for students in Years 4 to 6 to enjoy their own magical celebration, bringing the Hall to life for some hours of dancing and laughter.

A selection of favourite treats kept everyone fuelled throughout the festivities, with hot dogs, fresh fruit and popcorn enjoyed by students across both sessions.

Events like the Primary Disco continue to be a much-loved tradition in the School calendar, providing students with an opportunity to connect, celebrate and create joyful memories together.

Thank you to our dedicated P&C for organising this special event, to the parent volunteers who supported throughout the day and afternoon, to Primary staff for their supervision and care, and to the ICT and Facilities teams for their assistance with the setup and pack down.
