The Mathematics Extension 2 students and teacher Ms Church Head of Mathematics celebrated their final lesson of the year with plenty of pizza, garlic bread and some seriously challenging Mathematics.
Students competed in an Integration Bee, tackling a series of increasingly difficult integration problems in a race against the clock. The questions were written by student Kai, who clearly decided that simply surviving Extension 2 wasn’t quite enough and wanted to make the final lesson as challenging as possible.
After plenty of frantic work, questionable substitutions and the occasional look of despair, STEM Leader Kaya emerged victorious and claimed the Integration Bee crown. 🏆
A fantastic way to finish the year – celebrating the hard work of our Extension 2 students with some friendly competition, good food and, naturally, just a little more integration.
