Friends and feelings up for discussion

Year 6 are discussing relationships as part of the Healthy Harold Program.

In a Friends and Feelings session in the Bibliothèque amphitheatre, students learnt how to identify types of feelings, their meaning and purpose as well as discuss the skills and strategies needed to successfully resolve conflict.

The Health Harold Program is part of Life Education, Australia’s largest provider of preventive health and drug education to school children.

Through Life Education, Healthy Harold the giraffe has been empowering children and young people to make safer and healthy choices for more than 40 years.

IGS regularly welcomes Harold for a wide range of wellness programs.
