Academic Scholarships

IGS participates in the Cooperative Scholarship Testing Program (CSTP) run nationally by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER).

Applications for the 2028 ACER Scholarships are now open until midnight on Sunday 7 February 2027. Late registrations will not be accepted. Scholarships are offered for entry into Year 7 (CSTP Level 1) and Year 11 (CSTP Level 3) in 2028. Testing for entry is on Saturday 27 February 2027.

The Indigenous Scholarship Program

Each year, IGS provides scholarships for First Nations young people and the School intends to carry this important program well into the future.
