Teaspoons of Change

This week, IGS hosted a Teaspoons of Change Workshop with keynote speaker d’Arcy Lunn as part of Climate Action Week.

Teaspoons of Change encourages people to connect positively with something bigger than themselves, reminding us that even small actions can make a meaningful difference. During the interactive workshop, participants explored thoughtful and open provocations about what it means to be a good person — or global citizen — and how we can contribute positively to the world without feeling overwhelmed by its challenges.

d’Arcy Lunn is a global citizenship educator who has travelled to more than 100 countries and delivered over 2,300 presentations to more than 190,000 people worldwide. Currently, he serves as Group Head of Sustainability and Global Citizenship with the EiM Group and works with schools and businesses globally to connect ideas with meaningful action.

The workshop invited participants to reflect on how their personal choices, decisions and actions contribute to a broader collective impact.

Thank you to Carmelo Fedele and Year 12 student and Sustainability Portfolio Leader Toby C for organising such an enriching event for the IGS community.
