Celebrating Our 2025 HSC Showcase Achievements

IGS is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our talented Year 12 students who have been recognised in the 2025 HSC Showcases – prestigious recognitions that highlight the very best student work across New South Wales.

Tomas Mimmocchi has been selected for HSC ENCORE 2025 for his outstanding Musicology work. This prestigious selection recognises the most exceptional HSC Music performances, compositions and musicology submissions from across New South Wales. Tomas’s achievement reflects his dedication, depth of knowledge and passion for music.

 

 

Also in Music, Lucas Kung has been recognised with a nomination for HSC ENCORE for his impressive music composition. His work stands among the strongest in the state, showcasing his creativity, technical skill and musical excellence.

 

 

In English, Amy Unsworth has been nominated for the HSC Young Writers Showcase, one of the most esteemed honours for English Extension 2 students in NSW. Her nomination places her among the state’s most talented young writers and highlights her exceptional storytelling and commitment to her craft.

 

 

IGS congratulates Tomas, Lucas, and Amy on these remarkable achievements. Their talent, hard work and pursuit of excellence represent the very best of our School community.
