Our recent High School End of Term assembly brought students and staff together to recognise effort and achievement across Term 4. Awards highlighted progress in languages, mathematics, writing, sport and personal development as each year group reflected on its work this term.
Sports Leader Melody P, Bibliothèque Portfolio Leader Ellie K and Sustainability Leader Toby C spoke about their plans for 2026. Their presentations showcased initiative, vision and a commitment to engaging the High School community, signalling a move toward greater responsibility and active contribution to School life.
Toby outlined the launch of the return and earn system and reminded students about the upcoming biannual waste audit, inviting both students and teachers to take part. He also encouraged the School community to share ideas that could strengthen sustainability efforts.
Mel spoke about her role as Sports Leader, highlighting opportunities for students involved in sport and Duke of Ed and encouraging broader participation in the School’s growing range of sporting programs.
The assembly offered a fitting close to Term 4 – a celebration of achievement, personal growth and the first steps of our emerging student leaders as they look ahead to the year to come.
