We are seeking an energetic and collaborative HR professional to lead and manage the overall provision of HR services, policies and programs for the School.
As Director of HR you will be an experienced and highly capable leader who is inspired by the opportunity to enhance an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement and high performance in accordance with the School’s strategic plan.
Our new Director of HR will be an empathetic leader who is both reflective and decisive who is motivated by working both autonomously and collaboratively as a key member of the team that leads the School. They will be knowledgeable, trustworthy, ethical and diligent, with an eye for detail. Postgraduate qualifications in human resource management and/or
educational administration/leadership are essential, as is a successful track record in leading a human resources portfolio, preferably in an educational setting or in the not for profit sector.
