We are seeking an experienced educational leader who is also an outstanding teacher to be our new Deputy to the Head of High School.
The Deputy to the Head of High School has responsibility for the management of student behaviour across the High School.
They will have the capacity to review, enhance and implement policies and procedures regarding behaviour and discipline in the High School to promote the further development of a positive, safe and academically focused culture, characterised by an expectation of high standards and personal achievement for all students in accordance with our school values.
The Deputy to the Head of High School will be an energetic and collaborative leader, with high-powered communication skills. They will build the breadth, depth and quality of student care and discipline programs across the High School and support teachers in a range of ways to ensure that the learning environment across the campus is productive and positive.
