Admissions Officer (Ongoing part time)

Role Description

This position calls for an enthusiastic Admissions Officer to join our dynamic Community Relations Directorate. The Admissions Officer provides support to the Director of Admissions and Marketing in the processing of new enrolment applications.

This is an ongoing part time appointment, working Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm with scope for flexibility around working hours.

Essential Skills

This role calls for an enthusiastic person with good attention to detail. Demonstrated skills in data entry and management are essential. The successful applicant will have well-developed technology skills, particularly in the use of databases, email and the MS Office suite. They will have good written and verbal communication skills and have an ability to learn new skills and processes. This role is a customer facing position and requires excellent interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Past experience in an educational, community or health setting
  • Past experience in data entry processing
