Students have been challenged to cook some French recipes at home as part of their learning.
“Students enjoyed watching a video and being given access to a printed recipe,” Madame Freixas said.
“They were encouraged to take photos or a video of the cooking process and then shared it in a show and tell.
“Look at this wonderful ‘trio quiche’ made over the weekend by one of our talented chefs, Leo!”
