Riveting results for Year 11 Drama

Two Year 11 Drama classes joined forces to create and present a compelling original play as part of their Drama assessment.

The students spent Term 1 creating highly effective conflict scenes, exploring themes such as manipulation, power, friendship, vulnerabilities and cults.

Last weekend, with guidance from Zeal Theatre actor, writer and director Stefo Nantsou and colleague Tom Lycos, they stitched the scenes together to make an enthralling play, The Next Level, which they performed for students in Years 9 and 10.

Students brought in particular talents such as dance, choreography and their abilities to play musical instruments.

The result was riveting. Congratulations to all involved.
