Results are in for Da Vinci Decathlon

The da Vinci Decathlon is an academic competition designed to challenge and stimulate the minds of school students.

Students compete in teams of eight across 10 disciplines: engineering, mathematics and chess, code breaking, art and poetry, science, English, ideation, creative producers, cartography and legacy.

This year in the Knox Da Vinci Decathlon, 73 teams competed in Year 5 and 80 teams in Year 6. 

The IGS Year 6 students had a very impressive result finishing ninth overall, which is our highest placement for the past several years.

Below are the results within individual challenges that were in the top 16 places.
