As International Women’s Day approaches, IGS staff used a moment in the weekly Zoom meeting to raise their hands, in keeping with the IWD2021 theme “choose to challenge” and the IGS motto Unity Through Diversity.
The action signals willingness to call out gender bias and inequality, and to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements, to help create an inclusive world.
