Each language class has had at least one visit to the new library with their language teacher. This exciting experience has given language teachers the opportunity to encourage reading and explore different themes in second languages.
Some children borrowed books in their second language and all children explored where to find language books in the library.
Students enjoyed having some quiet time to read books and ask their language teachers about different vocabulary and cultural aspects.
Younger students enjoyed a story read by their teacher and were inspired to follow up their visit with a beautiful drawing.
Whilst browsing through books, language teachers were able to hear all about students’ interests and passions.
