Both graduates from the Class of 2019 have been offered a dual arts degree with the University of Sydney and Sciences Po in France.
They will leave Sydney for this exciting new international adventure in August this year.
Charlotte, who plans to major in Arabic Studies (Language and History), will spend two years studying in France, and then another two years in Sydney.
The course is highly competitive, with just around 20 students accepted. The offer Charlotte received noted that she was an “outstanding” applicant.
Charlotte’s mother, Lisa, said “Seven of the last eight French Presidents attended Sciences Po, so maybe she will end up in politics,” she said.
“After completion of the Dual Degree, Charlotte may well pursue a career as a diplomat or a foreign correspondent. It’s been quite an exciting time for Charlotte post-IGS and a good example of how the School has prepared her very well for global life.”
