Good wishes flow in for our Class of 2021

Shadow Minister for Education and Shadow Minister for Women and Member for Sydney Tanya Plibersek is among those wishing our IGS Class of 2021 all the best for their HSC and beyond.

Ms Plibersek wrote to IGS Principal Shauna Colnan asking her to pass on her video message and her school leavers’ handbook to our Class of 2021.

“As the HSC and end of the school year approaches, I wanted to wish the class of 2021 all the very best for the future,” Ms Plibersek wrote.

“Students undertaking their HSC this year have had a particularly difficult time over the pandemic. But I know they have a bright future ahead.

“I am sending you a video with my best wishes which I hope you will share with your Year 12 students, their parents, carers and teachers.

“Thanks again to all your teachers and school staff who have worked so hard to support Year 12 and all your students this year.

“I hope you can get that well-earned break over Xmas.”

Ms Colnan has thanked Ms Plibersek for her thoughtful message and useful handbook.
