A taste of France here in Sydney for senior students

Senior students of French may choose to visit the International French School of Sydney in early December.

The free, day-time opportunity will take place from 4 to 6 December, and is available to IGS students in Years 10 or 11.

IGS French and Spanish teacher Juliette said the program provided an excellent opportunity for students to experience the French academic system and to practise their language skills with French students.

Senior students should speak to Ms Bates for details.

IGS student Ana-Sofia took up the opportunity this time last year.

“It was so special to have a glimpse into that world, not just of France but of people who are situated between two completely different cultures, with two identities,” Ana-Sofia said.

“It really made me reflect upon my life and my family.

“I enjoyed myself a lot and made some really nice memories.”
