Young entrepreneurs shine

IGS Principal Shauna Colnan recently presented an Entrepreneurship Award to Year 6 students.

Congratulations to students Oliver Leonessa, Alice Moss Ractliffe, Alice Levenberg-Penklis and Phaedra Hamer who were recognised for their work in managing and returning lost property in the Primary School throughout 2020.

As part of the Clean Up Crew, the students were encouraged to help the School with lost property.

“The students then worked with the reception team to organise and return any lost items on a weekly basis,” said Head of Junior School Colin Bird.

“They all feel that now the system is in place, it will be easy for future Year 6 children to carry on the good work.”

IGS thanks the PTF for organising lost property until COVID-19 restrictions came into place earlier this year.
