Career and life advice

The upcoming Year 13 Careers Expo is the ultimate online event for Year 11 students to explore their post-school options.

IGS Careers Advisor Amelia Phillips said it is crucial Year 11s sign up to the event, to be held from 18 to 22 May.

Year 13 is an organisation that can connect you to all the options available to you after high school and beyond,” Amelia said.

“At Year 13 you’ll find career and life advice that will help you find the opportunity that is right for you and have you on the path to success.

“I strongly recommend that you register for this virtual event and attend any relevant webinars (between 5pm and 8pm) to begin exploring your post-school options.”

Earlier this week, Year 12 students were given an online introduction to everything on offer at UNSW.

Students participated in an interactive presentation which covered degrees, student life, exchange, scholarships and admissions information such as how guaranteed entry and adjustment factors work.
