Academic Achievements
HSC Year 12 2008
Our Year 12 2008 students are to be congratulated on their outstanding HSC results.
Sixty-nine students were awarded an HSC. In total they gained 90 Band 6 grades, with 30 students in all achieving a Band 6 grade.
The percentage of students in each course achieving a Band 6 were:

Four students achieved Band 6 in ten units and were recognized in the Premier’s Honours list. Each of these students are bilingual or multilingual and spoke German, Spanish, Japanese, French and Greek between them.
Five students in Visual Arts had their works nominated for inclusion in ARTEXPRESS and three students had their Body of Work selected for exhibition.
In Design and Technology one student had her work nominated for inclusion in DesignTECH, the annual exhibition of outstanding Major Design Projects.
In Drama, one student had her individual project, a Portfolio of Theatre Criticism, selected for the OnSTAGE Exhibition at the Seymour Theatre Centre.
